July 2019 we boarded the MV Northern Adventure for a trip to Skidegate.
You can see our house from the ferry as we leave. Can you pick it out of the crowd? Me either really.

And we napped in our bunks. I do love a good nap.
Queen Charlotte City is beautiful in the summer.
While DH worked Anna and I had some fun and enjoyed the fabulous culture at the edge of the world.
Anna had the idea that we go kayaking, and it was a brilliant idea! The fresh air, the smell of the seaweed, the exercise – totally renewing.
Though I admit to having some trouble getting out after a few hours in that position.
We also spent a bit of time (many hours) at Queen B’s. We played some cribbage and I ate several of their desserts. Yummy!
We sat on the deck, of course.
We did a little walking. I think the air there has higher oxygen content.
I’m going to post the pics of our North Beach experience separately. Our cabin was right on the beach without heat, electricity, hot water or cell signal. Like heaven!
